Among the shouting fish and vegetable sellers, in this chaotic riverside market, I found solitude and beauty in these simple circles. A few tiny fish provide an affordable protein; likely this family's one daily meal of nga hin (fish curry) spooned over a hearty portion of thamin (rice).
